Where did my downloads go?
Images usually go to Downloads, not Photos. Your browser settings may use a different folder.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Files → Browse → iCloud Drive → Downloads.
- If missing, check On My iPhone / iPad → Downloads or your browser’s Downloads list.
- To save an image to Photos, open the PNG and tap Share → Save Image.
Android
Open Files / My Files → Downloads, or your browser’s Downloads list.
Windows or Mac
Open your browser’s Downloads list and choose Show in folder / Show in Finder, or open your Downloads folder.
Repeated downloads may have a number added to the filename.
STEP 2 · SET YOUR LOCK SCREEN
Put your card on your phone.

Keep QR visible
iPhone or iPad
- Find lock-screen.png in Files. Open it and tap Share → Save Image.
- Open Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper → Photos, and choose that image.
- Adjust the crop so the entire QR code stays visible, then add it to your lock screen.
Android
- Open lock-screen.png from Downloads in your image viewer.
- Choose Set as wallpaper → Lock screen, or choose the downloaded image in your phone’s wallpaper settings.
- Keep the entire QR visible before applying. Menu names vary by phone.
Once you’ve set it, wake your phone whenever someone asks for your card.
STEP 3 · TEST & SHARE
Try it with another phone.
- Ask a friend to scan your QR with their phone’s camera.
- They tap the contact prompt and review your details.
- They choose Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact, then Save. Button names vary by phone.
Scanning alone does not save the contact. The other person still needs to save it to their Contacts app.
Check that your details saved correctly before sharing your card more widely.
Need help or want to return later?
Missing a file? Retry its download button above and check for an error. Online re-downloads are available for 90 days; you do not need to pay again.
If scanning is unavailable, send contact.vcf instead. The recipient opens it, reviews the details, and confirms saving. This file is not an image for Photos.
